摘要
金陵分公司现有工艺生产的变压器油因多环芳烃含量高,氧化安定性差,无法达到合格产品质量标准,销售困难。公司利用闲置的尾油异构装置(WSI装置),选用Ni-Mo脱芳催化剂对变压油进行二次脱芳,通过工艺技术攻关优化进行工业应用,结果表明:在反应温度170℃,反应压力3.0 MPa,空速2.57 h~(-1),氢油体积比290∶1的工况下,变压油的总芳烃含质量降至5%以下,多环芳烃降至1%以下,产品外观清澈透亮,符合指标要求。
        Because of the high content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons and poor oxidation stability of the transformer oil produced in the existing transformer oil process of Sinopec Jinling Company, the product of transformer oil cannot meet quality specification and thus is difficult to be sold. The tail oil isomerization unit that had been put out of operation was used together with a Ni-Mo dearomatization catalyst to carry out secondary dearomatization of the transformer oil, and this technology has been put into commercial application after research and optimization. The results of application have shown that total aromatics content of transformer oil can be reduced to less than 5% and the content of polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons can be reduced to less than 1% when the reaction temperature is 170 ℃, the reaction pressure is 3.0 MPa, the space velocity is 2.57 h~(-1), and the hydrogen-oil ratio is 290 : 1. The product is clear and transparent in appearance, and meets quality specification at these conditions.
