摘要
文章在运用SBM模型测度2006—2015年沿海11个省份出口贸易碳排放效率的基础上,构建地区出口碳排放效率指数,研究出口贸易碳排放效率的空间特征,回归分析其影响因素。结果显示:沿海11个省份整体出口贸易碳排放Malmquist指数变化轨迹各异,上海市和海南省突变现象显著;各省市地区出口碳排放效率指数均值存在较大差异,形成北高东南低的空间格局;技术创新与进步、外资企业"环境成本转移"效应、出口产品能耗对出口贸易碳排放效率影响显著。
        Based on the SBM model to measure from 2006 to 2015 of 11 provinces of export trade and carbon emission efficiency on the construction of regional export carbon emission efficiency index,the paper explores the impact of export trade on regional carbon efficiency and uses regression analysis to analyze the factors which influence the carbon emission efficiency of export trade.The results show that:the carbon emission Malmquist index of 11 provinces and cities along the coast are different.The mutations of Shanghai and Hainan have significant differences;there are significant differences in the average carbon export efficiency index of export provinces and cities,forming a low-stability spatial pattern.Technological innovation and progress,foreign-funded enterprises,and "environmental cost transfer" effect have the greatest effect among all the factors.
