摘要
将磁选方法应用到冶金粉材的提纯是一个较为新兴的领域,具有广阔的应用前景。本文以传统的永磁筒式磁选机为研究对象,通过对磁系结构、槽体形式、耐磨形式等方面的优化设计,研制出一种提纯精度高、机械性能稳定、维护方便的磁选设备,解决了现场使用常规磁选机精品纯度低、槽体易堵塞、筒皮磨损严重的问题,并通过在工业现场的应用考察,得到业界的广泛认可。
The magnetic separation method is applied to the purification of metallurgical powder material is a relatively new field with broad application prospects. Based on the traditional permanent magnetic drum separator as the research object,through the optimization design of the magnetic system structure,body form,wear form,developed a convenient purification separation equipment with high precision,stability,easy maintenance,and through the application in the field of industrial inspection,the problems of low purity of fine,easily blocked for tub and badly worn for canister tegmen using conventional magnetic separator were solved,and it was widely recognized by the industry.
