摘要

通过改变倒槽过程的工作方法,实现了在磷化倒槽过程中磷化液和磷化渣的"零"排放,减少了此过程中危废品的产生。相比传统方法,该方法不仅节约了原材料,而且明显降低了废水废渣处理成本,还具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
        By changing the method in phosphating transfer process,so that the process does not discharge phosphating chemicals and phosphate slag,reduce the amount of hazardous waste generated.Compared with the traditional method,this method not only saved raw materials,but also significantly reduced the cost of wastewater treatment,and had good economic and environmental benefits.
