医学生社会比较与心理健康的关系研究

摘要
为了解社会比较对医学生心理健康的影响,本研究运用大学生社会比较问卷和一般健康问卷(GHQ-12)对606名在校医学生进行问卷调查。结果显示:医学生的社会比较与心理健康在性别、年级、学习成绩等变量上差异显著;医学生在社会比较意愿、社会比较动机、社会比较结果和社会比较总问卷上的得分与在一般健康问卷上的得分呈显著正相关关系;社会比较方向、社会比较结果和社会比较总分对医学生的心理健康状况具有较好的预测作用。社会比较对医学生心理健康有一定的影响,须对医学生的社会比较进行合理引导。
To discuss the influence of social comparison on the mental health of medical students,a survey with the Social Comparison Questionnaire of Undergraduates and General Health Questionnaire( GHQ-12) was carried out to606 medical students. The results show that there is significant difference in the variables such as gender,grade and academic performance in social comparison and mental health among medical students; the scores on the subscales of social comparison willing,social comparison motivation,social comparison result and social comparison total questionnaire were significantly positively correlated with their scores on GHQ; social comparison direction,social comparison result and social comparison total questionnaire have a remarkable predictive effect on the mental health of medical students. Social comparison has a certain effect on the mental health of medical students. The social comparison of medical students should be guided rationally and properly.
