银杏叶滴丸联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者内皮功能和血脂及血压的影响

摘要
目的探讨银杏叶滴丸联合氨氯地平对原发性高血压患者内皮功能和血脂及血压的影响。方法选取深圳市宝安区中心医院铁岗社区健康服务中心2016年6月—2017年12月收治的原发性高血压患者200例,采用随机骰子法分为对照组和治疗组,各100例。对照组患者给予苯磺酸氨氯地平片治疗,治疗组患者在对照组基础上加用银杏叶滴丸治疗,两组患者均持续治疗3个月。比较两组患者治疗前后内皮素1(ET-1)、一氧化氮(NO)、血管扩张率(FMD)、血脂指标[总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、收缩压(SBP)和舒张压(DBP)。结果治疗前两组患者ET-1、NO、FMD、TC、TG、LDL-C、HDL-C、SBP、DBP比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后治疗组ET-1、FMD、TC、TG、LDL-C、SBP、DBP低于对照组,NO、HDL-C高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论银杏叶滴丸联合氨氯地平可有效改善原发性高血压患者的内皮功能,纠正脂质代谢紊乱,提高降压效果。
Objective To investigate the impact of ginkgo biloba dropping pills combined with amlodipine on endothelial function,blood lipid index and blood pressure of patients with essential hypertension.Methods A total of 200 cases of patients with essential hypertension were selected from June 2016 to December 2017 in Shenzhen Baoan District Central Hospital Tiegang Community Health Service Center,which were divided into control group and treatment group according to dice method.The control group were treated with amlodipine besylate tablets,while the treatment group were treated with ginkgo biloba dropping pills on the basis of control group,both groups were treated for 3 months.The endothelin-1(ET-1),nitric oxide(NO),vasodilation rate(FMD),total cholesterol(TC),triglyceride(TG),low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C),systolic blood pressure(SBP)and diastolic blood pressure(DBP)before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant differences of ET-1,NO,FMD,TC,TG,LDL-C,HDL-C,SBP or DBP between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the treatment group of ET-1,FMD,TC,TG,LDL-C,SBP and DBP were lower than control group,NO and HDL-C were higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Ginkgo biloba dropping pills combined with amlodipine can effectively improve the endothelial function of hypertension essential patients,correct the disorder of lipid metabolism,and improve the therapeutic effect of patients.
