23种农药对松毛虫赤眼蜂的急性毒性及安全性评价

摘要
采用管测药膜法测定了23种常用杀虫剂、杀菌剂和除草剂对松毛虫赤眼蜂的急性毒性,并参考各药剂的田间推荐剂量进行了安全性评价。结果表明,在供试的7种杀虫剂中,噻唑膦、噻虫胺、虫螨腈、硫双威、啶虫脒和烯啶虫胺对松毛虫赤眼蜂成蜂均表现为极高风险性,多杀菌素为高风险性,在田间放蜂期应避免喷洒上述杀虫剂。供试的10种杀菌剂和6种除草剂对松毛虫赤眼蜂的风险普遍低于杀虫剂。其中,仅杀菌剂代森锰锌和戊唑醇对松毛虫赤眼蜂表现为高风险性;杀菌剂乙嘧酚磺酸酯、氰霜唑、百菌清和除草剂氟唑磺隆、五氟磺草胺、草甘膦异丙胺盐具有中等风险性;杀菌剂甲基硫菌灵、苯醚甲环唑、啶氧菌酯、氟啶胺、粉唑醇和除草剂氯氟吡氧乙酸异辛酯、高效氟吡甲禾灵、甲基二磺隆具有低风险性,但在生产应用中仍需谨慎操作,以减轻对天敌昆虫的杀伤作用并保护生态平衡。
        The acute toxicity of 23 pesticides to natural enemy Trichogramma dendrolimi was measured with method of film residue in tube,and security assessment was conducted according to the field recommended dosages.Results showed that among the 7 insecticides,fosthiazate,clothianidin,chlorfenapyr,thiodicarb,acetamiprid and nitenpyram had exhibited extremely high risk on T.dendrolimi adults,and spinosad was defined as high risk,of which field applications should avoid the releasing period of T.dendrolimi.Selected 10 fungicides and 6 herbicides had generally shown lower ecological risk to T.dendrolimi adults than pesticides.Among which,only fungicide mancozeb and tebuconazole were listed as high risk; fungicide bupirimate,cyazofamid,chlorothalonil and herbicide flucarbazone-sodium,penoxsulam,glyphosate isopropylamine had medium risk; and fungicide thiophanate-methyl,difenoconazole,picoxystrobin,fluazinam,flutriafol and herbicidefluroxypyr-mepthyl,haloxyfop-Rmethyl,mesosulfuron exhibited low risk.However,prudent operation is still needed in productionpractice,to alleviate the negative effect of pesticides on natural enemy insects and maintain the ecological balance.
