摘要
目的分析视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病(NMOSD)患者脑脊液中神经丝蛋白轻链(NFL)浓度的影响因素,为NMOSD的临床诊治提供参考。方法选取NMOSD患者52例,检测其脑脊液中NFL的浓度,并收集患者的其他临床和影像学资料,分析脑脊液NFL浓度的影响因素。结果 NMOSD患者年龄大小、病灶强化与否、扩展残疾状况量表(EDSS)评分高低是脑脊液NFL浓度的影响因素(P <0.05),而性别、病程长短、血水通道蛋白抗体(AQP4)阳性率对NMOSD脑脊液NFL浓度无明显影响(P>0.05)。结论 NMOSD患者年龄、EDSS评分和病灶强化情况是影响其脑脊液NFL浓度的独立因素。检测脑脊液NFL水平,可能对患者病情严重程度和进展有重要的参考意义。
        Objective To analyze the influencing factors on neurofilament light chain(NFL) concentration in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder(NMOSD), and to provide reference for clinical diagnosis and treatment of NMOSD. Methods A total of 52 patients with NMOSD were selected to detect the NFL concentration in cerebrospinal fluid, and other clinical and imaging data of the patients were collected to analyze the influencing factors on the NFL concentration in cerebrospinal fluid. Results The age, lesion enhancement and Expanded Disability Status Scale(EDSS) score were the influencing factors on the NFL concentration in cerebrospinal fluid(P < 0.05), while the gender, duration of disease and AQP4 positive rate had no significant effect on the NFL concentration in cerebrospinal fluid(P > 0.05). Conclusion The age,EDSS score and lesion enhancement are independent factors influencing the NFL concentration in cerebrospinal fluid of patients with NMOSD; detection of cerebrospinal fluid NFL level may have great reference significance for determining the severity and progress of patients.
