超分子水杨酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮疗效观察

摘要
目的:评价30%超分子水杨酸联合盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取笔者医院就诊的80例中重度痤疮患者,采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,其中治疗组40例,给予30%超分子水杨酸联合口服盐酸米诺环素治疗,对照组40例,外用0.1%阿达帕林凝胶联合口服盐酸米诺环素治疗,分别对两组患者进行临床疗效评估,同时记录治疗期间出现的不良反应。结果:治疗8周后,治疗组有效率为92.05%,对照组为70.00%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),两组均未发生严重不良反应。结论:30%超分子水杨酸联合口服盐酸米诺环素治疗中重度痤疮,安全有效,副作用小,值得临床推广。
Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate to severe acne vulgaris. Methods 80 patients with moderate to severe acne who were treated in our hospital were selected as subjects. They were divided into two groups by random number table method. 40 patients in the treatment group were treated with 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with oral minocycline hydrochloride, and 40 patients in the control group were given topical 0.1% adapalene gel combined with oral minocycline hydrochloride. The clinical efficacy of the two groups was evaluated separately, and the adverse reactions occurred during the treatment were recorded. Results After 8 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 92.05% in the treatment group and 70.00% in the control group.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05). No serious adverse reactions occurred in either group. Conclusion 30% supramolecular salicylic acid combined with oral minocycline hydrochloride in the treatment of moderate and severe acne is safe and effective, with few side effects, and worthy of clinical promotion.
