摘要

私法自治是民法中的概念,但是由于其在治安领域具有一定的历史基础和现实基础,对治安工作具有重要的价值,因此从治安的角度对私法自治赋予治安学意义。治安中的私法自治含义包括公民自愿、国家强制、遵守公序良俗以及履行安全注意义务等要素。私法自治在治安社会防范组织中具有重要的应用价值,从私法自治的角度看,治安社会防范组织还有许多需要完善的地方。
        Private law autonomy is the concept of civil law,but because it has a certain historical basis and realistic foundation in the field of public security,it has important value to the public security work.Therefore,the autonomy of private law is given to the public security from the angle of public security.The meaning of private law autonomy in public security includes elements such as citizens' voluntaries,state coercion,public order and good customs,and duty of safety attention.The autonomy of private law has an important application value in the organization of public security and social prevention.From the perspective of private law autonomy,there are many places to be perfected in the public security society.
