北京市六城区体育健身团队负责人的特征研究

摘要
党的十九大报告中提出:"广泛开展全民健身活动"。体育健身团队是全民健身活动开展的群众性体育组织之一,而体育健身团队负责人对体育健身团队活动开展起着决定性作用。采用问卷调查法、数理统计法及逻辑分析法对北京市六城区体育健身团队负责人进行调查,从人口学、体育参与、履职经验3个方面分析体育健身团队负责人的特征,把握影响北京市全民健身活动开展的重要因素和规律,为促进北京市全民健身活动开展提供理论参考。结果发现,北京市体育健身团队负责人呈现出:年龄与学历负相关,与健身知识的了解、运动技能掌握、体育锻炼年限正相关;学历与收入、自我满意度正相关;体育锻炼年限与运动技能掌握、自我满意度正相关;了解科学健身知识与运动技能掌握、自我满意度正相关;运动技能掌握与自我满意度正相关。
The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC) put forward in its report that extensive nationwide fitness activities should be carried out. The sports fitness team is one of the mass sports organizations through which the national fitness activities are carried out, and the person in charge of the sports fitness team plays a decisive role in the sports fitness team activities. By using the methods of questionnaire,mathematical statistics and logical analysis, this paper studies the chiefs of sports fitness teams in the six central districts of Beijing, analyzes the characteristics of the chiefs of Beijing sports fitness team from three aspects of demography, sports participation and working conditions, and grasps the key factors and laws that affect the development of Beijing national fitness activities, so as to provide theoretical reference for promoting the development of Beijing national fitness activities. The results showed that there was a negative correlation between age and educational background, and a positive correlation between age and knowledge, sports skills and years of physical training; educational background is positively correlated with income and self-satisfaction;the number of years of physical exercise was positively correlated with motor skill mastery and self-satisfaction;there is a positive correlation between knowledge of scientific fitness and mastery of sports skills and self-satisfaction; and motor skill mastery is positively correlated with self-satisfaction.
