摘要
激发研究生科研创新能力是提升研究生综合实力的关键,对于促进我国研究生教育改革和培养创新人才意义重大。基于ERG理论,构建了由校园环境、奖助体系、团队和谐、能力认同、学术交流、科研训练和科研创新能力构成的研究生科研创新能力研究模型,采集了323个有效样本,运用结构方程技术进行实证检验。实证研究结果发现,校园环境、奖助体系、团队和谐、能力认同、学术交流和科研训练对研究生科研创新能力产生了不同程度的正向显著影响。其中,科研训练是最重要的影响因素,能力认同是第二重要的影响因素。
The scientific research and innovation capacity of graduate student has great significance in enhance the scientific research strength of graduate students and comprehensive quality.Therefore,based on the perspective of demand theory,this study builds a model of scientific research and innovation capacity of graduate students including seven variables such as campus environment,fellowship and stipend system,team harmony,ability identification,academic exchange,scientific research training,scientific research and innovation capacity.Collecting 323 valid respondents from South China Agricultural University and using structure equation modeling for empirical test and analysis,the results show that campus environment,fellowship and stipend system,team harmony,ability identification,academic exchange,scientific research training have differently positive influences on scientific research and innovation capacity of graduate student in research universities.Besides,scientific research training is the mostly important factor and ability identification is the secondly important factor.
