从价值论视角把握习近平生态文明思想的永续发展观

摘要
永续发展观是习近平生态文明思想的一个重要观点,是习近平从价值论高度对于什么是永续发展、为什么要强调永续发展、如何推动永续发展等事关全人类生存和发展问题以及事关我国全局性、根本性、长远性重大发展战略问题予以深入追问所阐发的根本观点。习近平生态文明思想的永续发展观是深刻追问经济社会发展以及人的发展的价值何在、何以实现价值以及何以促进价值永续保值增值的科学价值观。习近平生态文明思想的永续发展观是对传统非绿色价值观的颠覆和超越,体现了在价值实现方式上的根本性变革,为当代人的价值与子孙后代人的价值、生态价值与人的价值、区域性局部价值与全局整体性价值、民族和国家价值与全球价值在相互作用和相互融合中得到协调发展指明了方向,是构建人与自然和谐共生的现代化和开创新时代生态文明新格局的根本遵循。
The concept of sustainable development is an important point in Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought. It is Xi Jinping's fundamental views on what is sustainable development,why to emphasize sustainable development,how to promote sustainable development and other issues related to the survival and development of mankind as well as China's overall,fundamental and long-term major development strategies from the height of axiology. The sustainable development concept of Xi Jinping's ecological civilization thought is a subversion and transcendence of traditional non-green values,which reflects a fundamental change in the way of value realization,and points out the direction of coordinated development for the value of the contemporary and future generations and the descendants,ecological value and human value,regional and local value and global value,ethnic and national value and global value in interaction and mutual fusion. The fundamental principles are to build the modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature and to create a new pattern of ecological civilization in the new era.
