摘要
目的研究氯化锌(ZnCl_(2 )),络合锌(Zn-EDTA)和葡萄糖酸锌(Zn-GLU)对己烯雌酚诱导的氧化性损伤和白细胞介素改变的作用。方法将100只昆明种雌鼠随机分为空白对照组、染毒组,ZnCl_2组,Zn-EDTA组,Zn-GLU组。除空白对照组外,其它组给予己烯雌酚,各补锌组(ZnCl_2组、Zn-EDTA组和Zn-GLU组)再给予相应的药物。脱颈处死小鼠,测定血清中超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活性和丙二醛(MDA)含量以及白细胞介素-2(IL-2)和白细胞介素-10(IL-10)的含量。结果染毒组血清中IL-10、SOD和GSH-Px活性显著低于空白对照组,血清中IL-2、MDA的含量显著高于空白对照组(P<0.05);各补锌组小鼠血清中SOD和GSH-Px活性显著高于染毒组(P<0.05),MDA和IL-2的含量显著低于染毒组(P<0.05)。结论锌对己烯雌酚诱导的氧化性损伤和白细胞介素改变具有一定的保护作用。
Objective To study the effects of zinc chloride(ZnCl_2),disodium zinc ethylenediamine tetraacetate(Zn-EDTA),and zinc gluconate(Zn-GLU)on the oxidative damage and level changes of interleukins(ILs)caused by diethylstilbestrol.Methods 100 female Kunming mice were randomly divided into 5 groups:control group,poisoned group,ZnCl_2 group,Zn-EDTA group,and Zn-GLU group.Except for the control group,the other groups were given diethylstilbestrol,and the zinc supplementation group(ZnCl_2 group,Zn-EDTA group and Zn-GLU group)were given the corresponding drugs.All the mice were sacrificed by cervical dislocation,and the serum levels of superoxide dismutase(SOD),glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),malondialdehyde(MDA),interleukin-2(IL-2)and interleukin-10(IL-10)were detected.Results The levels of serum IL-10,SOD and GSH-Px of the poisoned group were significantly lower than that of the control group,and the contents of serum IL-2 and MDA were significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the poisoned group,the activity of SOD and GSH-Px in the serum of each supplemental zinc group was significantly higher(P<0.05),and the contents of MDA and IL-2 were significantly lower(P<0.05).Conclusion Zinc has a protective effect against oxidative damage and level changes of ILs caused by diethylstilbestrol.
