10例抗N-甲基-D天门冬氨酸受体脑炎患儿精神症状和癫痫期的护理

摘要
总结10例儿童抗N-甲基-D天门冬氨酸(N-methyl-D-aspartate, NMDA)受体脑炎精神病期和癫痫发作期的护理经验。本病精神症状和癫痫期主要通过严密病情观察、预防外伤、用药护理、预防跌倒、营养管理、预防感染等进行护理。本组10例病例中,经治疗后均好转出院,预后良好。
The objective of this study is to sum up the nursing care experience of 10 cases of children with Anti-N-methyl-Daspirate receptor(anti-NMDAR) encephalitis of psychotic phase. In this phase, the key points include strict observation, prevention of injury, medical care, prevention of falls, nutrition management, preventing infection, ect. All of 10 cases improved after treatment, and the prognosis of anti-NMDAR encephalitis in children is optimistic.
