摘要
基于移相式-双有源桥(PS-DAB)变换器和串联谐振式-双有源桥(SR-DAB)变换器模块组合的混合模块化直流固态变压器(HMDCSST),兼具PS-DAB和SR-DAB在灵活控制和高效变换方面的优势,主要对其动态特性和快速响应控制策略进行研究。HMDCSST采用输入串联输出并联(ISOP)结构,在对PS-DAB和SR-DAB分别建立平均值和小信号模型的基础上,建立HMDCSST的整体小信号模型,并通过仿真证明小信号模型的准确性。为提高直流固态变压器的动态响应速度,抑制输入电压与负载功率扰动对输出电压的影响,提出一种输入电压前馈与负载功率预测相结合的快速响应控制策略,并利用频域分析伯德图对控制系统的稳定性进行分析。最后构建HMDCSST实验平台,对提出的快速响应控制策略进行实验验证,并与传统PI控制进行对比,实验结果验证了所提控制策略的有效性和优越性。
        The hybrid modular DC solid state transformer(HMDCSST), based on the phase shift-dual active bridge(PS-DAB) converter and the series resonant-dual active bridge(SR-DAB),combines the advantages of PS-DAB in flexible control and SR-DAB in efficient conversion. This paper studies the dynamic characteristics and rapid response control of the HMDCSST. By analyzing the average and small signal models of PS-DAB and SR-DAB respectively, the small signal model of HMDCSST with ISOP structure was established, and the accuracy is proved by simulation. To improve the dynamic response and minimize the interference effect of input voltage and load disturbance on output voltage, a rapid dynamic response control strategy combining input voltage feedforward and load power prediction was presented. The stability analysis of this new control strategy was demonstrated by using the frequency domain Bode curve. Finally, the HMDCSST prototype was built to verify the rapid dynamic response control. Compared with the traditional PI method, the experimental results show the effectiveness and superiority of the proposed control strategy.
