摘要
选用明胶为成膜基质,在膜液中添加山梨酸钾,制备抑菌膜。并进行酵母菌、霉菌、大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的抗菌试验,结果表明胶抑菌膜对大肠杆菌、霉菌、酵母和金黄色葡萄球菌具有一定的抑制作用,其抑菌作用与山梨酸钾的浓度有关,山梨酸钾添加量越高,明胶膜的抗菌作用越明显。
Gelatin was used as the film-forming substrate, and the bacteriostatic film was prepared by adding potassium sorbate to the membrane liquid for the mildew mechanism of the potato powder.
