新加坡发展工业园区的新动力对中国传统工业港区转型升级的启示 在深圳自贸区赤湾片区产业升级和空间布局的实践

摘要
文章简要地回顾总结了新加坡发展工业园区的背景和产业升级特点,对新加坡发展工业园区的五个阶段进行重点阐述,以新环境、新形势下促进新加坡工业园区升级更新的"新动力、新引擎"为切入点,为当前中国传统工业港区的转型升级提供有益的参考和借鉴。探索在深圳自贸区赤湾片区产业升级和空间布局的理想架构,力图营造一个产业功能聚集、现代服务引领、多元创新、功能复合、港城融合的现代科技新城。
This paper reviews the development of industrial parks and related industrial upgrading process in Singapore.Five phases of industrial development and new development engines are defined and expounded,which would provide some favorable reference for the transformation and upgrading of China's traditional industrial port areas.Thus,the paper takes Shenzhen Chiwan Free Trade Zone as an example to explore the ideal structure of industrial upgrading and spatial planning,so as to create a modem high-technology and mixeduse harbor industrial park with multi-innovation and rich cultural characters.
