miR-425-5p在子宫内膜癌患者血清和组织中的表达及预后

摘要
目的:检测微小RNA-425-5p(miR-425-5p)在子宫内膜癌患者血清和组织中的表达及与预后关系。方法:收集本院2014年4月—2015年5月收治的子宫内膜癌患者84例为研究对象,另取健康体检妇女50例为健康对照组。qRT-PCR检测受试者血清及患者癌组织和癌旁组织中miR-425-5p表达水平。结果:子宫内膜癌患者血清miR-425-5p表达水平高于对照组,癌组织中表达水平高于癌旁正常组织(均P<0.05);血清和组织中miR-425-5p表达水平与子宫内膜癌肿瘤分期、淋巴结转移和分化程度有关,低表达患者总生存率高于高表达患者(均P<0.05)。COX分析表明,血清和组织中miR-425-5p表达水平、组织分化程度是影响子宫内膜癌患者预后的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。结论:miR-425-5p在子宫内膜癌患者血清和组织中表达均上调,且与患者预后有关,可作为子宫内膜癌患者预后评判的参考指标。
        Objective: To detect the expression of micro RNA-425-5 p(miR-425-5 p) in serum and tissues of patients with endometrial carcinoma, and to explore the relationships between different expression levels with prognosis of patients. Methods: 84 patients with endometrial carcinoma were selected in study group from April 2014 to May 2015, and 50 healthy women were selected in control group. QRT-PCR was used to detect the expression of miR-425-5 p in the serum, cancer tissues, and adjacent tissues of patients. Results: The serum level of miR-425-5 p of patients in study group was significant higher than that of patients in control group(P<0.05).The expression of miR-425-5 p in endometrial carcinoma tissues was significant higher than that in adjacent normal tissues(P <0.05). The expression of miR-425-5 p in serum and tissues was correlated to the tumor stage, lymph node metastasis and differentiation(P<0.05). The overall survival rate of patients with low miR425-5 p expression in serum and tissues was significant higher than that of patients with low miR425-5 p expression(P<0.05). COX analysis showed that the expression of miR-425-5 p in serum and tissues, and the degree of tissue differentiation were independent risk factors for the prognosis of patients(P<0.05). Conclusion: The expressions of MiR-425-5 p in serum and tissues up-regulate, which is related to the prognosis of patients, so it can be used as reference index for prognosis assessment.
