美国竞争情报系统构建的信息生态解析

摘要
[目的/意义]运用信息生态理念分析竞争情报系统的构建有助于突破传统竞争情报系统的局限性。[方法/过程]文章基于SCIP和Fuld+公司对竞争情报系统的评估,对综合战略类、专利技术分析类以及专注于销售的美国竞争情报系统进行了梳理,分析总结出系统所体现的生态理念。[结果/结论]指出在构建新型竞争情报系统的过程中应重视信息生态理念的应用,以保证竞争情报系统的健康发展。
[Purpose/significance] It is helpful to break through the limitations of traditional competitive intelligence system by using the theory of information ecology to analyze the construction of competitive intelligence system. [Method/process] Based on the competitive intelligence system evaluation of SCIP and Fuld + Company,this paper combs the construction of American competitive intelligence systems which are focused on comprehensive strategy,patent technology analysis,and marketing. Based on this,the ecological ideas embodied by the systems are summarized. [Result/conclusion]More attention should be paid to the application of information ecology ideas in the process of constructing the new competitive intelligence system in order to promote the healthy development of competitive intelligence system.
