摘要

膏方是中药剂型的一种,具有注重整体、强调辨证、纠偏却病、缓和持久等特点,广泛运用于慢性病的调理。全国名老中医王会仍擅用膏方调治各类慢性肺系疾病,对膏滋疗法提出许多独到的见解,认为其不仅仅用于"冬令进补",四时皆可服食,并为此提出"因时制宜""疏补并重""因人而异"等处方原则,其经验对指导临床诊疗、扩展临床思路皆有参考价值。
        Ointment,a kind of Traditional Chinese Medicine dosage form with"focusing on the whole,emphasizing syndrome differentiation,treating disease by improving bias,gentle and lasting"and other characteristics,is widely used in the treatment of chronic diseases. National famous Chinese medicine doctor,pro. WANG Hui-reng is expert in using ointment to regulate diverse chronic lung disease,who puts forward some insights about ointment therapy,such as ointment is not only used for "winter nourishing",but can be taken in all seasons. And in this respect,pro. WANG proposes"change methods as season changing","focusing on expelling pathogenic factors and nourishing healthy qi simutaneously","treatment according to the individual variability"and other prescription principles. Pro. WANG's experience has a reference value to guide clinical diagnosis and treatment as well as expand clinical thinking.
