摘要
在K型热电偶校准时,由于热电偶的长度不一,参考端温度大都处于室温或者波动的温场之中,需要将参考端温度恒定在0℃或采取修正、补偿等措施进行修正。比较常用的有3种的冷端补偿方法,现通过校准同一支K型热电偶,对结果进行比较分析,得到这3种方法得出的示值误差排序。结果表明,"将参考端采用达到高一等级的热电偶准确度水平的同极性热电偶丝延伸至参考端恒温器"方法能获得较为理想的补偿效果。
        When the K-type thermocouple is calibrated,because the length of the thermocouple varies,the reference-junction terminal temperature is mostly at room temperature or between a fluctuating temperature field. It is necessary to correct by keeping the reference-junction temperature constant at 0° C or taking correction and compensation measurements. There are three kinds of cold-junction compensation methods which are commonly used.With that the same K-type thermocouple is calibrated,the results are compared and analyzed to obtain the accuracy of the indication error obtained by these three methods. The results show that " using the same polarity thermocouple filament with reaching a higher accuracy level of thermocouple at reference-junction,and extending to the reference-junction thermostat" method can obtain a more ideal compensation effect.
