改性膨润土和海泡石在污水处理中的实验研究

摘要
将膨润土在400℃高温焙烧2 h,海泡石在500℃高温焙烧4 h,制得改性膨润土和海泡石。将两者以不同的比例混合加入新河污水500 m L,充分搅拌15 min,静置12 h,取上清液150 m L,测定其pH值和浊度,考察改性膨润土和海泡石在不同配比下对污水处理的效果,并将天然膨润土和海泡石以相应的配比用于污水处理作为对照。结果表明,在使用改性膨润土和海泡石混合净水剂后,污水偏碱性,pH值平均为8. 09。当膨润土∶海泡石为1∶3时,浊度最小为4. 4,处理效果最好。
        The bentonite was calcined at 400 °C for 2 h,and the sepiolite was calcined at 500 °C for 4 h to obtain modified bentonite and sepiolite. Mix the two into 500 m L of Xinhe Sewage in different proportions,stir for 15 min,let stand for 12 h,take 150 m L of supernatant,determine the pH value and turbidity,and investigate the modified bentonite and sepiolite. The effect of sewage treatment on the ratio,and the use of natural bentonite and sepiolite in the corresponding ratio for sewage treatment as a control. The results showed that after using modified bentonite and sepiolite mixed water purifying agent,the sewage was alkaline,and the average pH value was 8. 09.When bentonite ∶ sepiolite is 1∶ 3,the turbidity is minimum 4. 4,the treatment effect is best.
