摘要
以气力推进艇螺旋桨叶片的模型重建及误差分析为研究内容,采用逆向工程技术,通过OKIO扫描仪进行数据采集,基于Geomagic软件进行模型重建和误差分析。结果表明:总体平均误差为-0.007mm,满足偏差为±0.1mm的设计要求;主要截面弦长平均误差为0.504mm,即在上下两曲面交界处的轮廓线提取时存在误差。
The model reconstruction and error analysis of the propeller blade of an airboat were taken as the research contents.The reverse-engineering technology was used to collect data through OKIO scanner.Model construction and error analysis based on Geomagic software were conducted.The results show that the overall average error is-0.007 mm,which meets the design requirement of±0.1 mm deviation,and the average error of the chord length of the main sections is 0.504 mm.
