摘要

阐述了建筑施工企业贯标认证过程中"两张皮"现象的产生原因和表现形式。以提升贯标认证的有效性、消除"两张皮"现象为目的,从5个方面介绍了实现企业一体化管理的模式创新,以供借鉴。
        This paper describes the causes and manifestation modes of the two skin phenomena in the process of implementing standard certification in construction enterprises. In order to improve the effectiveness of certification and eliminate the two skin phenomena,the model innovation of enterprise integrated management from five aspects are introduced.
