摘要
准确测试岩心粒径分布对海上疏松砂岩储层合理设计防砂精度至关重要,直接影响油气井的防砂完井寿命和井筒安全。针对激光粒度分析试验过程中的前处理、系统误差、砂砾分散程度、测试次数和仪器清洗时间等因素,对粒度分析结果的影响开展研究。前处理对激光粒度分析结果的影响主要在于研磨过程中的人为因素,对粗砂岩粒度分布测试结果的影响较细砂岩大,更适合于细砂、极细砂岩和粉砂岩质储层粒度分析;测试过程中的砂粒分散程度和测试次数均会对分析结果造成影响粒度,建议在测试过程中打开超声波分散仪或采用其他化学分散手段增强颗粒测试时的分散程度,同时建议同一样品至少测试3次以上,求取平均值作为最终测试结果,确保测试数据的可靠性;激光粒度分析仪的系统误差较小,试验重复性较好,粒度分析结果不受测试仪器清洗时间的影响。研究成果可进一步指导和优化试验步骤,确保激光粒度分析结果的准确性,对海上疏松砂岩储层防砂精度优化设计具有指导意义。
        Accurate testing of the core particle size distribution, which is critically important for the sand control design in offshore unconsolidated sandstone reservoirs, directly affects the sand control well life and well integrity. The experimental factors such as pre-processing, systematic errors, gravel dispersion, test times, and instrument cleaning time on the effects of the particle size analysis during the laser particle size analysis experiment have been studied. The effect on the results of laser particle size analysis is mainly related to the human factors in the grinding process. There is a greater influence on the results of the coarse sandstone than fine sandstone and laser particle size analysis is more suitable for fine sandstone and siltstone. The degree of dispersion of sand and the times of tests also affect the analysis result. It is recommended to open the ultrasonic disperser during the test or use other chemical dispersion method to enhance the degree of dispersion during testing. Three times or multiple test on single sample is recommended to obtain the average value as the final result to ensure the reliability of the test data. In addition, the systematic error of the laser particle size analyzer will be small with good experiment repeatability, and the particle size analysis result will be not affected by the test instrument cleaning time.
