摘要
精密钢带光栅传感器越来越多地应用于机床闭环控制系统,其各部件的距离参数直接影响着光栅传感器的精度。根据钢带光栅传感器的特点,提出一种精密钢带光栅传感器参数优选机构的工作原理,并完成其结构设计,实现光栅传感器距离参数的快速选择。
Precision steel grating sensors are increasingly used in the closed-loop control system,and the distance parameter of each component directly affects the accuracy of the grating sensor. Based on the characteristics of steel grating sensor,this study proposes the principle of precision steel grating sensor parameter optimization mechanism and completes its mechanical design,which makes it possible to quickly select distance parameter of grating sensors.
