摘要
以正硅酸四乙酯和聚乙二醇为前驱体,利用左旋多巴(L-DOPA)的黏结性和自交联性能,制备左旋多巴改性的二氧化硅-聚乙二醇药物洗脱支架涂层,进而装载阿司匹林.采用金相显微镜观察涂层表面形貌,用紫外分光光度法考察载药涂层中阿司匹林的体外释放行为.结果表明,添加L-DOPA可延缓阿司匹林的释放,但L-DOPA加入过多可导致药物释放速度加快.涂层中阿司匹林的释放速率随着其装载浓度的增加而加快.制备涂层时的搅拌温度升高导致涂层溶剂挥发加快,进而改变涂层结构,导致阿司匹林的释放速度加快.
        Owning to L-DOPA's adhesive and self-crosslinking properties, L-DOPA modified SiO_2-PEG coatings for drug eluting stents were prepared using TEOS and PEG as precursors, followed by the loading of aspirin as model drug. The surface morphology was characterized by metalloscope, and the in vitro release profiles of aspirin from coatings were investigated by UV/Vis analysis. The results indicated that L-DOPA resulted in the delayed release of aspirin, however, excessive L-DOPA resulted in the accelerated release. With the increase of aspirin loading concentration, the increase release rate was observed. The increase of stirring temperature during preparation resulted in the acceleration of solvent evaporation, leading to the accelerated release of aspirin.
