牙周病患者应用延续性护理干预的效果分析

摘要
目的探讨延续性护理干预对牙周病患者牙周健康状况与口腔保健行为的影响。方法选取2017年1—12月我院收治的牙周病患者170例为研究对象,按照随机数字表将其等分为对照组和研究组,对照组采用常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上应用延续性护理。比较两组患者牙周健康状况的变化及口腔保健行为的实施情况。结果干预后3个月,研究组牙龈指数、菌斑指数与龈沟出血指数均低于对照组(P <0. 05)。研究组刷牙时间≥3 min、刷牙次数3次、正确刷牙方法(颤动拂刷法或"三三三"刷牙法)的实施情况均高于对照组(P <0. 05)。结论延续性护理干预能够帮助牙周病患者养成良好的口腔保健行为,继而保证牙周健康状况,值得临床应用与推广。
        Objective To explore the effects of continuous nursing intervention on periodontal health status and oral health behavior in patients with periodontal disease. Methods A total of 170 patients with periodontal disease who were admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to December 2017 were selected as the study subjects. They were divided into control group and study group equally according to the random number table. The control group was given routine nursing,while the study group was given continuous nursing based on the treatment of the control group. The changes in periodontal health status and oral health behavior were compared between the two groups. Results After three months of intervention,the gingival index,plaque index and sulcus bleeding index of the study group were lower than that of the control group( P < 0. 05). The implementation of brushing time ≥ 3 min,brushing teeth for 3 times,and correct brushing method in the study group was higher than that in the control group( P < 0. 05). Conclusion Continuous nursing intervention can help patients with periodontal disease develop good oral health behavior,thus ensuring periodontal health. It was worthy of clinical application and promotion.
