摘要
空间一直是威廉·诺德豪斯气候变化经济研究的重要因素。本文旨在评述他对空间经济学的重要贡献,表明考虑空间因素不仅提升了气候变化经济模型的实用性与精确性,也加深了对气温与经济增长关系的认识。本文围绕他获得2018年度诺贝尔经济学奖的学术贡献,依据他的区域气候-经济综合评估模型(RICE系列模型)与他探索全球经济活动的地-经济学(G-Econ)项目的研究成果,从多区域框架和球面空间两个角度阐明其模型中经济要素的空间体现形式、空间动态变化及其影响,揭示他对空间的理解以及空间在全球气候变化、经济发展研究中的重要性。最后,本文讨论了影响威廉·诺德豪斯研究的空间分析与模型的主要方法。
        Space is a significant element in William D.Nordhaus’ models of climate change.The purpose of this paper is to present his contributions to spatial economics,indicating that taking space into account would not only increase the applicability and accuracy of the integrated climate-economy models but enhance the understanding of the relationships between temperature and economic growth.Focusing on his main contributions for which Nordhaus was awarded the Nobel Prize as well as his RICE models and G-Econ project,this paper not only illustrates the spatial forms,dynamics,and impacts of economic factors in the models,but also demonstrates how space is understood and integrated in his modeling of global climate change and economic development,from the perspectives of multi-region and spherical space.Finally,his use of spatial analysis and modeling methods is discussed.
