河北省装备制造业生态产业链的构建研究

摘要
构建装备制造业生态产业链是实现河北省装备制造业可持续发展的必然选择。基于对生态产业链相关概念和理论的整理,从企业、产业、区域三个角度构建出河北省不同层次的装备制造业生态产业链并对其进行详细分析。在企业层面,将产品生命周期作为构建主线,从设计、生产、使用、回收再制造等环节构建企业生态产业链运作模式;在产业层面,通过确定关键产业、确立主导产业链、引入补链的步骤进行构建;在河北省区域角度,从公共设施、装备制造业生态产业链、支持服务体系三个方面最终构建出河北省区域装备制造业生态产业链。
The ecological industrial chain of equipment manufacturing industry is the inevitable choice to realize the sustainable development of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei province.Based on the related concepts and theories of eco-industry chain,this paper constructs the eco-industry chain of equipment manufacturing industry in Hebei Province from three angles of enterprise,industry and region,and analyzes it in detail.At the enterprise level,this paper takes the product life cycle as the main line of construction,from the design,production,use,recycling and re-manufacturing links builds an enterprise ecological industrial chain operation model;in the industrial level,it constructs through the identification of key industries,establishing a leading industrial chain.In Hebei Province,the regional equipment manufacturing ecological industry chain is constructed from three aspects:public facilities,equipment manufacturing ecological industry chain and supporting service system.
