乡村振兴战略背景下的公共文化服务供给策略研究
摘要
乡村振兴,文化先行。在乡村振兴战略实施的背景下,通过提供优质的公共文化服务提升农民文化素养已经越发重要。然而我国农村的公共文化服务供给还存在着利用率低、服务主体单一、人才资源匮乏等问题。提升农村地区的文化建设水平,统筹推进公共文化服务体系,充分考虑与尊重人民群众的基本文化需求和多样化文化需求,传承发展提升农村优秀传统文化,还有很长一段路要走。
Rural revitalization, culture first. In the context of the implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, it has become increasingly important to improve farmers' cultural literacy by providing quality public cultural services. However, there are still some problems in the supply of public cultural services in rural areas, such as low utilization rate, single service subject and lack of human resources. There is still a long way to go before we can raise the level of cultural development in rural areas, promote the public cultural service system as a whole, fully consider and respect the basic cultural needs and diverse cultural needs of the people, and carry forward and develop the fine traditional culture of rural areas.
