摘要
目前,散装水泥行业面临着专用车辆交通事故频发、驾驶员素质低、缺乏安全培训等问题。为了解决这些问题,笔者从散装水泥的行业背景出发,提出了一整套基于驾驶员安全培训的解决方案。首先确立了系统的建设目标,随即提出了系统的建设方案,利用物联网、北斗定位系统、大数据等技术,实现专用车辆驾驶员培训过程的动态化、智慧化管理。以期望通过全方位的驾驶员培训体系,提高专用车辆驾驶员的综合素质,减少因安全事故频发造成的重大损失和人员伤亡。
At present, the bulk cement industry faces problems such as frequent traffic accidents, low driver quality and lack of safety training. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes a set of solutions based on driver safety training from the background of bulk cement industry. Firstly, the construction goal of the system was established, and then the system construction plan was proposed. The technology, the Beidou positioning system, the big data and other technologies were used to realize the dynamic and intelligent management of the driver training process for the dedicated vehicle. It is expected to improve the overall quality of the dedicated vehicle drivers through a comprehensive driver training system, and reduce the major losses and casualties caused by frequent safety accidents.
