摘要

《名医类案》搜集整理了明代以前历代名医验案2000例。论文研究了《名医类案》第十一卷妇科医案第一篇经水篇。记载了妇女经水不调医案共计53例。其中运用四物汤及其加减方治疗经水不调案例有17则。论文通过分析探讨经水篇中运用四物汤及其加减方治疗经水不调的组方配伍规律,为临床诊治经水不调提供理论基础和实践经验。
        Surpassing 2000 cases which had been handled by ancient famous doctors before Ming Dynasty have been collected and coordinated in" Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians". This paper made a series of analysison the 1 st chapter" Amenorrhea" of the 11 th volume" Gynecological Medical Records" listed in" Classified Medical Records of Famous Physicians", where totally 53 cases related to woman's irregular amenorrhea have been recorded.Among it, the 17 similar cases have been achieved good results by combining modified Siwu decoction. And it further explored a series of herbal prescription rules for treating" irregular amenorrhea" with combination of Siwu decoctions with Jiajianfang ones for providing better theory foundations and practice experiences for clinical diagnoses and treatments of" irregular amenorrhea".
