摘要
本文针对新形势下国有企业党建工作融入企业管理的新要求,分析了党建工作融入企业管理的优势、二者在实际工作中相脱离的原因以及如何破解党建工作与经营管理工作不相容的问题。
This paper analyzes the advantages of combining the Party building work into the enterprise management with the new requirements for merging the Party building work of state-owned enterprises into the enterprise management under the new situation. It also analyzes out the reasons why Party building is separated from business. It finally puts forward suggestions on how to solve the problem of separation between Party building work and management work.
