内镜下套扎联合组织粘合剂注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血

摘要
目的探讨内镜下套扎联合组织粘合剂注射治疗食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血的临床疗效。方法随机选取该院2010年1月—2016年12月收治的56例食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者为该次实验研究对象,在遵循患者患者意愿的情况下将所有患者按照临床治疗方案不同均分为实验组与对照组,对照组28例患者给予生长抑素联合奥美拉唑治疗,实验组28例患者给予生长抑素联合内镜下套扎联合组织粘合剂注射治疗,比较2组患者临床治疗效果。结果治疗2周实验组有26例止血有效,对照组有21例止血有效,随访6个月实验组有2例患者再出血,对照组有7例患者再出血,实验组患者不良反应发生率明显低于对照组(14.2%vs 32.1%),2组数据差异有统计学意义(P<0.O5)。结论对于食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血患者给予食管胃底静脉曲张破裂出血能有效提高止血成功率,降低再次出血几率以及不良反应发生率。
Objective This paper tries to observe the clinical efficacy of endoscopic ligation combined with tissue adhesive injection in the treatment of esophageal and gastric varices bleeding.Methods 56 cases of esophageal variceal bleeding in this hospital from January 2010 to December 2016 were randomly selected in this study,in accordance with the wishes of the patients,all of them were divided into the experimental group and the control group based on different clinical treatment methods,28 patients in the control group were treated with somatostatin combined with omeprazole.28 patients in the experimental group were treated with somatostatin combined with endoscopic variceal ligation combined with tissue adhesive injection,and then the clinical curative effect of two groups was compared.Results After 2 weeks of treatment,26 cases in the experimental group were effective in hemostasis,21 cases in the control group were effective in hemostasis; after 6 months of follow-up,2 cases of rebleeding in the experimental group,7 cases of rebleeding in the control group,occurrence of adverse reactions in experimental group was significantly lower than the control group(14.2% vs 32.1%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion For esophageal and gastric varices bleeding patients,the esophageal and gastric varices bleeding can effectively improve the success rate of hemostasis,reduce the risk of re-bleeding and adverse reactions.
