腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期应用全程细节护理管理的作用

摘要
目的探讨腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期应用全程细节护理管理的作用。方法选取2016年9月—2017年9月该院收治的腹腔镜胆囊切除术患者100例为研究对象,全部纳入研究的患者按照随机数字表法均分为观察组和对照组,各50例,其中对照组患者围手术期给予常规护理模式,观察组患者围手术期给予全程细节护理管理,比较分析两组患者围手术期的护理满意度等指标差异情况。结果观察组患者的平均住院时间(7.7±1.1)d、术后排气时间(1.0±0.2)d,明显的小于对照组患者的平均住院时间(8.9±1.3)d、术后排气时间(1.7±0.3)d,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(t=5.914,6.721,P<0.05);观察组患者的护理满意度评分(93.9±3.2)分,明显的高于对照组患者的护理满意度评分(82.6±2.9)分,两组之间比较差异有统计学意义(t=6.182,P<0.05)。结论全程细节护理管理模式在腹腔镜胆囊切除术围术期的临床应用中取得了较好的效果,可以有效地缩短患者的住院时间及提高患者的康复速度,具有较好的临床应用价值,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the role of detailed nursing management in the perioperative period of laparoscopic cholecystectomy. Methods 100 patients with laparoscopic cholecystectomy admitted to our hospital from September2016 to September 2017 were enrolled. All patients enrolled in the study were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 50 cases each. In the control group, the patients were given routine nursing mode during the perioperative period. The patients in the observation group were given full-scale detailed nursing management during the perioperative period. The differences in the perioperative nursing satisfaction and other indicators between the two groups were compared. Results The average hospital stay(7.7±1.1)d and postoperative exhaust time(1.0±0.2)d were significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(8.9±1.3)d, postoperative exhaust time(1.7±0.3)d, the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(t=5.914, 6.721, P<0.05); the nursing satisfaction score of the observation group(93.9±3.2)points was significantly higher than that of the control group. The nursing satisfaction score(82.6±2.9)points was statistically significant(t=6.182, P<0.05). Conclusion The whole process of detailed nursing management has achieved good results in the perioperative clinical application of laparoscopic cholecystectomy, which can effectively shorten the hospitalization time of patients and improve the recovery speed of patients. It has good clinical application value. It is worth promoting in clinical application.
