摘要

文章阐述了高校大学生职业生涯规划课程现状,探讨了在高校大学生职业生涯规划课程中引入团体辅导带来的教学方式、团体动力、教师专业化等方面的优势变化;同时分析了该变化可能引起的课程教学新问题,包括学生参与、教学效果、教学反馈等,并就此提出相应对策。
        This paper expounds the current situation of college students' career planning courses, and probes into the advantages of introducing group counseling into college students' career planning courses, such as teaching methods, group motivation and teacher specialization. At the same time, it analyzes the new problems in the course teaching caused by these changes, including students' participation, teaching effect and teaching feedback, and puts forward corresponding countermeasures.
