摘要
根据设计要求,用经验设计法和类比法设计双梁桁架门式起重机门架结构,采用ANSYS软件建立参数化的有限元模型,依据起重机设计规范中的相应工况进行加载,并分析门架结构的强度和静刚度。根据有限元分析结果进行针对性的优化,最终优化的结果满足设计和生产的需要。
According to the design requirements, the gantry structure of truss gantry crane designed with experience design and analogy method, then, the parametric finite element model was established by ANSYS. According to the corresponding working conditions in the crane design specification, the strength and static stiffness of the frame structure are analyzed. Based on the results of the finite element analysis, the final optimal result satisfies the design and production requirement.
