摘要

PLC在实际生产生活中已经得到广泛应用,而在实际的运用中存在大量的编程技巧,文中以PLC变频器控制三段速为例,简单介绍系统硬件设计、I/O分配,详细介绍软件编程方法 ,按照控制要求,实现顺时切换并自动循环。详细叙述了几种不同的编程方法 ,并加以对比,分析每种编程方法的优缺点,引申出PLC的几种编程技巧。
        PLC has been widely used in the actual production and life, and there are a lot of programming skills in practical applications. In this paper, PLC inverter control three segment speed as an example, the hardware design of the system and the I/O is introduced, then software programming method is introduced in detail, in accordance with the control requirements, the time switch and automatic cycle. Several different programming methods are described in detail, compare and contrast, analyze the advantages and disadvantages of each programming method, several programming techniques for PLC are derived.
