摘要

随着技术创新理论研究的发展,学术界普遍认可技术创新对于促进产业结构优化的重要作用。本文首先阐述了低碳经济下产业结构优化的内涵,指出产业结构优化是建立在技术创新之上的;其次,分析了技术创新推动产业结构优化的动力机制;再次,根据我国1998-2011年技术创新和各产业数据,实证检验了技术创新对产业结构优化的作用;最后,在实证检验的基础上,提出了推动技术创新发展的政策建议。
        With the development of theoretical research on technological innovation, the academic community generally recognizes the important role of technological innovation in promoting industrial structure optimization. This paper first expounds the connotation of industrial structure optimization under low carbon economy, points out that industrial structure optimization is based on technological innovation; secondly, analyzes the dynamic mechanism of technological innovation to promote industrial structure optimization; thirdly,empirically test the role of technological innovation in the optimization of industrial structure according to China's 1998-2011 technology innovation and various industry data; finally, puts forward policy recommendations to promote the development of technological innovation on the basis of empirical testing.
