摘要
在国Ⅵ排放项目中,怠速工况下车内普遍存在"突突"异响问题。文章以一款车型为例,通过试错法、直接测量法等,确认其根本原因为,炭罐电磁阀工作振动,通过尼龙管传递至车身钣金后辐射传递至车内产生。在尼龙管上增加单向阀后,车内噪声降低4 dB,异响消除。针对炭罐电磁阀振动引起车内"突突"异响问题提出排查方法、解决思路以及在设计阶段中的规避建议,为国Ⅵ项目的整车NVH性能正向开发提供借鉴。
        In the CHINA Ⅵ emission standard project, there is a common problem of abnormal sound "tutu" in idle condition.Taking a car as an example, through trial and error method and direct measurement, it is confirmed that the root cause is that the working vibration of the carbon canister solenoid valve is transmitted to the body sheet metal through nylon tube and then radiated into the car. After adding one-way valve to the nylon tube, the noise in car is reduced by 4 dB and the abnormal sound is eliminated. In view of the abnormal sound "tutu" in the car caused by the vibration of the carbon canister solenoid valve, the investigation methods, solutions and avoidance suggestions in the design phase are put forward, which can provide reference for the positive development of NVH performance of the whole car in the China Ⅵ project.
