摘要
以220 kV硅橡胶电缆接头绝缘材料为研究对象,在175℃、225℃下进行加速热老化试验,并对不同热老化试样的相对介电常数、介质损耗因数及电气强度等进行测试,研究热老化对硅橡胶材料介电性能的影响。结果表明:热老化过程中硅橡胶试样的相对介电常数逐渐增大。受热老化对硅橡胶试样电导及松弛过程的影响,试样的低频损耗及松弛损耗随着老化温度的升高和老化时间的增加而逐渐增大,而高频损耗变化不明显,但均大于未老化试样。试样在热老化过程中随老化时间的延长,电气强度逐渐下降,老化后期绝缘性能劣化。
        The insulating materials of 220 kV silicon rubber cable joint were conducted accelerated thermal ageing experiments at 175 ℃ and 225 ℃, and the relative dielectric constant, dielectric loss factor,and electric strength of the different thermal ageing samples were tested. Then the effect of thermal ageing on the dielectric properties of silicon rubber samples was studied. The results show that the relative dielectric constant of silicone rubber samples increases gradually during thermal ageing process. Due to the influence of thermal ageing on the conductivity and relaxation process of silicone rubber, the dielectric loss at low frequency and relaxation loss of the samples increase gradually with the increase of ageing temperature and ageing time, and the dielectric loss at high frequency change little, but all of them are greater than that of the unaged sample. The electric strength of samples decreases gradually during thermal ageing process, and the insulating properties deteriorate in the late period of ageing.
