摘要
铁路物流基地作为综合多种交通运输方式、提供专业现代物流服务的公共平台,已成为铁路运输企业由传统运输生产型向市场经营型转变发展的重要载体。随着我国一级、二级和三级铁路物流基地建设进程的逐步深化,亟需一套全面系统的统计指标体系,弥补我国铁路在物流基地运营状况综合评价方面的不足。结合铁路物流基地业务统计工作,按照适应性与前瞻性、系统性与针对性、科学性与操作性、综合性与专业性的设计原则,从铁路物流基地基本情况、设施设备及服务能力、作业量、运营效益及效率、社会效益、服务质量6个方面构建铁路物流基地运营统计指标体系。
        As a public platform to integrate various transportation modes and provide professional modern logistics services, the railway logistics park has become an important carrier for the transformation and development of railway transportation enterprises from traditional transportation into market operation. With the gradual deepening of the construction process of the first level, second level and third level railway logistics parks in China, a comprehensive and systematic statistics system is urgently needed to build up for the deficiencies in the comprehensive evaluation of the operation of the railway logistics park by China Railway Corporation and railway groups. Combined with the statistical work of railway logistics park, based on the design principles of adaptability and foresight, systematic and pertinence, scientific and operability, comprehensiveness and professionalism, the statistics system of railway logistics park operation is constructed from 6 aspects,which are the basic situation of railway logistics park, facilities and equipment and service capabilities, operation volume, operation benefits and efficiency, social benefits and service quality.
