摘要
无损检测是现阶段焊接质量检测技术发展的主要趋势,其中利用电参数评价焊接质量是检测技术发展的新方向。研究了PMIG(脉冲MIG)焊电参数的统计特征与焊接成形质量的关系,使用LabVIEW编辑了特征提取软件模块,提取了电压、电流的概率密度特征与电流脉冲持续时间频率特征,并进行分析。结果表明两种统计特征都能够反映焊接成形质量。
Nondestructive testing is the main development trend of welding quality inspection technology at this stage,and the evaluation of welding quality by electric parameters is a new direction in the development of detection technology.The relationship between PMIG (pulsed MIG) welding electric parameters' statistical characteristics and the weld forming quality was studied. The feature extraction software module was edited by LabVIEW. The probability density characteristic of voltage and current and the characteristic of current pulse duration frequency were extracted and analyzed. The results show that the two statistical characteristics can reflect the quality of weld forming.
