综合护理干预配合内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果

摘要
目的研究综合护理干预配合内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法 100例慢性鼻窦炎患者,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组50例。两组患者均采用内窥镜手术治疗,对照组患者配合常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上配合综合护理干预。比较两组患者治疗效果及护理满意度。结果试验组治疗总有效率为96.00%,高于对照组的72.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组患者护理满意度为98.00%,高于对照组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论综合护理干预配合内窥镜手术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果较好,能有效提升患者护理满意度,具有较高临床价值。
Objective To study the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention combined with endoscopic surgery for the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods A total of 100 chronic sinusitis patients were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, with 50 cases in each group. Both groups was treated with endoscopic surgery. The control group received conventional nursing, and the experimental group received comprehensive nursing intervention on the basis of the control group. The treatment effect and nursing satisfaction between the two groups was compared. Results The experimental group had higher total treatment effective rate as 96.00% than 72.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The experimental group had higher nursing satisfaction degree as 98.00% than 76.00% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Combination of comprehensive nursing intervention and endoscopic surgery shows a good clinical effect in the treatment of chronic sinusitis, and can effectively improve patients' nursing satisfaction. This method has a high clinical value.
