研发岗位标准作业流程 促进煤矿人工智能发展

摘要
为了规范员工作业,保障安全高效生产,中国煤炭工业协会咨询中心联合原神华集团,以流程理念为指引研发了煤矿岗位标准作业流程。从基本理论、特征和作用、体系内涵以及信息系统等方面对岗位标准作业流程进行了说明,并以原神华集团为例,对岗位标准作业流程的应用效果进行了分析。同时分析了标准作业流程与人工智能的关系,指出标准作业流程是实现人工智能应用的基础和技术支撑,引入标准作业流程有利于加快人工智能发展。
In order to regulate the operation of coal mine employees and to ensure safe and efficient production, Consulting Center of China National Coal Association and the previous Shenhua Group studied and developed the occupation standard operating procedure guided by the process idea. This article introduced the occupation standard operating procedure from aspects of basic theory, characteristics and functions, system content, and information systems, then analyzed the application effect of the occupation standard operating procedure, taking the previous Shenhua Group as the example. At the same time this article analyzed the relationship between the occupation standard operating procedure and artificial intelligence which pointed out that the occupation standard operating procedure was the base and technical support of the artificial intelligence application, and using the standard operating procedure can speed up the development of artificial intelligence.
