摘要
提出了一种双锯片磨削加工复合材料的切边方法。通过对复材的切削机理进行研究,设计了一种可安装在数控机床上的磨削切边机构,在复材切边中不产生使材料分层的拉应力。试验结果表明,采用双锯片磨削加工的方法,可以高质量、高效率完成对碳纤维复合材料的切边加工。
This paper presents a method of boundary machining with double-wheel grinding. By studying the cutting mechanism of the composite material,a grinding boundary mechanism was designed which can be installed on the NC machine tool,and the tensile stress of the material is not generated in the trimming of the CFRP. The experimental results show that the double-wheel grinding method can finish the boundary processing of composite material with high quality and high efficiency.
