资源禀赋视角下农业与旅游业融合发展路径研究

摘要
农业与旅游业融合发展可促使农业发挥美学和娱乐等多种功能,提高农业的产业边际收益,实现乡村振兴。以云南省为例,运用资源禀赋理论对其相关资源禀赋进行分析,提出基于高原特色农业的发展路径、知名旅游景点带动下的发展路径、以少数民族文化为依托的发展路径,以及基于区位综合资源的发展路径。为了避免"资源诅咒"等问题,充分利用农业资源季节性特点,维护知名旅游景点的声誉,保护和传承少数民族传统文化,保持经济发展与生态保护平衡。
The integrated development of agriculture with tourism industry may drive agriculture to play multiple functions,such as aesthetics and entertainment,to raise marginal income of the agriculture industry,and thus to realize rural revitalization. Taking Yunnan Province for an example,this article makes use of the resource endowment theory to analyze related resource endowments of Yunnan Province and has proposed development paths based on agriculture with plateau characteristics,driven by well-known tourist attractions,supported by ethnic minority cultures and based on regional/positional comprehensive resources etc. To avoid such problems of"Resource Curse"etc.,it has proposed such suggestions as to sufficiently make use of seasonal characteristics of agricultural resources,to maintain reputation of well-known tourist attractions,to protect and inherit traditional cultures of ethnic minorities,and to keep the equilibrium between economic development and ecological protection etc.
