摘要
为了筛选出能够抑制犊牛腹泻的益生菌株,本研究采集了20份健康犊牛新鲜粪便,采用厌氧培养、形态学观察以及分子鉴定技术,初步分离得到3株革兰氏阳性杆菌(A1、A2和A3)和4株革兰氏阳性球菌(B1、B2、B3和B4),并对这些菌株进行分子鉴定。鉴定结果表明:A1和A2均为罗伊乳杆菌,A3为黏膜乳杆菌;B1为坚强肠球菌,B2为海氏肠球菌,B3和B4均为屎肠球菌。本研究为防治犊牛腹泻提供了更多的候选菌种。
In order to screen the inhibition of calf diarrhea probiotics, this study collected fresh faeces from 20 healthy calves by anaerobic cultivation. Using morphological observation and molecular identification technology, 7 probiotics strains were preliminarily isolated, and they were 3 strains of Gram-positive bacillus(A1, A2 and A3) and 4 strains of Gram-positive cocci(B1, B2, B3, and B4). The results showed that, A1 and A2 were Lactobacillus reuteri, A3 was Lactobacillus mucosae, B1 was Enterococcus durans, B2 was Enterococcus hirae, B3 and B4 were Enterococcus faecium based on 16 S rRNA gene. This study provides more candidates for the treatment of calf diarrhea.
